【生地について】

デニムの縫製産地で有名な、岡山県倉敷市児島地区。アパレル産業の盛んなエリアから少し離れた山の中にひっそりと佇む機屋、石井織物工場でこの生地は作られています。

産地：岡山県倉敷市
原料：東南アジア産無農薬綿（綿花産地はその都度変わります）/国内紡績
番手：経糸/緯糸 40番双糸
加工：毛焼き+晒加工（無蛍光）+サンフォライズ(蒸気防縮)加工

Yaezo-san's twill weave
This fabric is made by Mr. Yaezo at the Ishii Textile Factory, a short distance from Kojima district of Kurashiki, Okayama where the apparel industry thrives. Using the yarn spun in Japan from cotton grown in South East Asia, the fabric is woven slowly on almost a century-old shuttle looms. It is characterised by highly densed yet supple and soft texture. The gap between the thick feel and the lightness of the fabric leaves an impression.

旧式織機で製織している為、糸の継ぎ目（織節）が混ざってしまう場合がございます。
織りキズは生地の個性として受け入れて下さると幸いです。
尚、汚れに関しては不良としてお取替え致しますのでご連絡ください。

As the fabric is woven on an old loom, there may be some weaving knots mixed in.
We hope you will accept these imperfections as part of the fabric's character.
Please contact us regarding any stains, which will be replaced as defects.

【ブランドについて】

みんふは、日本諸国で脈々と製織されている素朴で実直な生地をつかって、ここちいい睡眠環境に導く衣服を日々研究開発している岡山県の小さなプロダクトレーベルです。
デザイナー自身がくらしに寄り添う布を日本各地の機屋から収集し、日本人の縫製チームが必要な分だけこしらえ、自分たちで販売しています。
古来から日本で使われてきた”寝間着”を「着用することで生活に折り目が付き、自然にくらしのリズムが生まれる服」と再定義し、みなさまにご提案します。

Minfu is a small product label in Okayama, Japan dedicated to the research and the develoment of clothing that serves to a comfortable sleeping environment. 

We re-define, produce and propose "Nemaki", Japanese sleepwear used from old times, as clothes that modulates the pace of everyday life and naturally forms the daily rhythm.

We collect simple and honest textiles from various parts of Japan that have been woven for generations. Using them, we, Minfu designer and sewing team, together produce and sell just the right, necessary amount of clothes.
